According to sources, despite Atlanticâ€™s six-figure marketing and promotional campaign, Joeâ€™s last album, "All or Nothing" only sold about 287,000 copies. Jay-Z is looking to expand his 40/40 Club empire overseas with deals to open in Shanghai, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore by the end of 2007 and 2008.
