So AJ and Free announced they are resigning from 106 and Park. Its like it a sad day in the hiphop community or something. These two have held it down at 106 and Park for the last 5 years. And in reality that have actually kept hiphop going strong and made hiphop history. They have been responsible for so many peoples careers, it possibly hard to count. With 106 and Park, BET got its groove back. Back in 1999/2000, their ratings were terribly bad. Now you got every hiphop generation from the Bow Wow lovers to the older generation watching ...

We are sure people will argue this, but Young Jeezy popularity is raising quick. The Boyz n da hood track is hot, and in reality some would argue there isnt much going on in rap today. T.I. last year at the Mixshow Power Summit in Puerto Rico predicted he would come up fast. His next single is with Akon, who is killin it overseas. MTV article here.

The New York Daily News reports the two are avoiding each other on set and have been caught sneaking into each others hotel rooms.
